If you are looking for the ultimate cheerleader, this is what I bring…
I bring big growth and big goal thinking to small businesses
I connect you to an amazing network of fellow female founders
I am the sounding board that’s often not there as a solopreneur, ensuring your marketing decisions don’t have to be made alone
I support you to make things happen with encouragement, fun, and a gentle nudge out of your comfort zone.
It’s never been a better time to grow your audience globally, but to achieve real success and growth, you need to be working globally whilst thinking locally.
What is Visibility and why is it such a huge part of my mission?
Visibility is all about being seen—not just by those who already know and trust you, but by those who haven’t discovered your magic yet.
Here’s the deal:
Visibility means getting your name, face, and brand out there so new people can find you.
It’s about allowing people to get to know you, like you and trust you.
Visibility means staying top of mind with your existing audience so that when they’re ready to buy, you’re the first person they think of.
Female founders are notoriously bad at putting themselves out there. Many of my clients have changed careers or been very successful in their corporate role but when doing it on their own, they hate the “showing up” part . There is a fear of judgment, they don’t feel great in how they look or they don’t know what to say (even though they have an amazing service or product that is helping others!) I want to change that by cheering them on, giving the tools they need to turn up and creating a plan so it doesn’t become too time consuming.
Looking for your next speaker or collaborator?
I’d love to work with you, here’s how…
Collaborating
One of my favourite things ever is collaborating with fellow founders and no visibility plan for my own clients is complete without it. I have built an engaged global community of fellow founders and love sharing brands I love with them.
Whether it’s content creation for your channel, guest podcasts, blogs or a guest expert session for your audience or community, I would love to talk about what we can do together to support each other and get your brand seen by more of the right people.
Speaking
As a champion of female founders, marketing and visibility expert and advocate for women supporting women in business, I’d love to bring my insights to your next event!
Whether it’s as a speaker or panellist, I’d love to chat about getting involved with your event! Pop me an email anna@yourajency.com and we’ll take it from there.
“Anna joined us at Top Drawer Spring in January 2022 as a marketing expert - aimed at supporting independent retailers navigate their social media presence.
Anna’s unique insight into the retail landscape was timely and on target to help our community understand the challenges ahead.
Anna’s presentation and speaking style are both very natural and professional and she combined personal anecdotes, practical concepts, tools and advice with sage advice that was interesting, insightful and relevant.
We would love to welcome Anna's return to one of Clarion’s events.”

Guest Podcasts
Who doesn't love a good podcast? One of my favourite things is Guest podcasting, so yes it is collaborating but I thought it needed its own feature. I feel thrilled to have featured on these podcasts but would love to support more podcasters, communities and fellow founders and share my knowledge. So, if you are looking a someone who can talk on
