When I first set up your AJency, I knew I wanted to become the one stop shop for female founder’s visibility and marketing, but I knew I couldn’t do that alone. That is why I have created my circle of experts. They are a group of fellow founders whose expertise complement mine to ensure that if needed, we can help with EVERYTHING you need to get visible.
They all have their own businesses but we work together to boost the visibility of talented founders to get the right amount of visibility for the results they are working hard to achieve.

Fiona Minett is an award-winning PR Coach and Expert, and founder of Boss Your PR which supports entrepreneurs in growing their businesses through powerful and cost-effective PR. With 15+ years in the PR industry, Fiona works 1-1 with clients to deliver Strategic PR Coaching as well as delivering group training programmes, masterminds and hosting a PR podcast. Fiona has also created a PR course with global education platform Domestika, works with the likes of BBC Studios and regularly speaks at trade shows and delivers workshops for the likes of Top Drawer, January Furniture Show, Harrogate Home & Gift, Enterprise Nation & Small Business Britain.
Why Fiona? Her enthusiasm for DIY PR is infectious. After launching Your AJency in Chicago, I knew Fiona was the PR expert I needed when I was moving to a new area of the UK and wanted to relaunch my business. I wanted to be empowered and get noticed as an expert in what I did. Within a few weeks of returning to the UK, I had landed my first speaking event and I had collaborated with magazine such as Homeworker and Brand You with 2 spread articles, this was just the start. She is such a cheerleader and I wouldn’t have had some of the more recent opportunities without her. Fiona is my go-to when it comes to anything PR! She has supported my own clients with their PR goals, is a visibility challenge guest every time and I can’t recommend her enough.
Kira - Diary Of An SEO - SEO Expert
Kira Khoroshilova is the Founder of Diary Of An SEO, an international SEO firm delivering in-depth SEO audits and long term SEO growth projects. Kira helps businesses uncover hidden opportunities and improve their search performance. Her expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, and site health makes her the go-to expert for brands looking to enhance their digital presence.
Why Kira? What she doesn’t know about SEO isn’t worth knowing. She will delve into all you need and more but her reports are really user friendly and means you are able to action or handover to an expert to get that done.
Tash - Culpepper&Co - Creative Director
Tash Willmore is the owner of creative company Culpepper & Co and maker of ‘creative magic.’ With over 30 years experience, Tash works as a designer and creative with national and international brands including Hilton, Marriott, Greene King and 100+ businesses of all sizes and genres. Working from her studio in Gloucestershire and specialising in branding, creative design for print and unique brand focused website builds for over 18 years, Tash and her team work with clients to ensure every penny spent works for them and for the future of their business, upselling their services and supporting their vision for the future.
Why Tash? Her creativity is second to none. Like me, she loves to really get to know the people she works with and most importantly - where they want to be in the future, so she can create future proof branding and websites. Abi - Organic Social Media and Video Content Creator
Abi is an organic social media and video content specialist with 8 years experience working with some of the world’s biggest brands! Her mission is to save business owners time and hassle with their social media through services like content shoots, management and 1:1 sessions, so that they can focus on the things they love!
During her time as the Global Social Media Manager for Manchester City Football Club, she led on the strategy and content creation for their channels and worked directly with the platforms themselves. Abi is keen to bring this level of insight to smaller businesses and founders who don’t have this kind of access.
In a world full of Instagram ‘experts’ and ’gurus’ it can be incredibly overwhelming to know which advice to take or tips to follow, so Abi’s aim is to ease that stress through her manageable and realistic approach!
Why Abi? Abi is so incredibly talented at both social media content creation and videography. My business wouldn’t be where it is without her help. She is my absolute go to on all things social media. She is a real coach and brings out the best in people, whilst never being short of ideas.
