  • These sessions tend to be online but if you are in the south Manchester area or willing to come to me, then they can be IRL.

  • Yes, absolutely our session is recorded and will be sent to you after the session.

  • Depending on the theme I sometimes create a mind map live on the call and can send you a copy of that. But otherwise, notes are taken by you and there is no follow up.
