something new now that we’re two!

We can’t believe we have been helping female founders overcome the overwhelm of marketing, changing their attitude towards it and connecting them with a larger audience for 2 years! Where has the time gone? Yes! Your AJency turned two! Woo hoo!

We thought it was about time that we shared a little update. We recently turned 2 as a business and in the move back to the UK, we let it pass by! If you know us we are not ones to pass on a chance to celebrate, especially given all that has happened for us in the last 2 years!

So, time to party!

From our first client, Wildwood Studio in Chicago, we have supported many across the globe from South Africa through to New York. Until more recently we have mainly done social media management for those clients, although we’ve also had the pleasure of doing event management, photoshoot direction, and a wellness store launch along with some strategic mentoring. In this time, we have shifted our focus to video content even more and learnt to get more and more comfortable in front of the camera - that’s all of us, including me! It wasn’t until earlier this year that we started practicing what we preach. Our Instagram went properly live and we are proud of the community of female founders we are continuing to grow. We even launched a blog in the summer! This really gives us a chance to share more of our own wisdom that we can’t fit on a social post but also introduces you to some of the inspiring women we have met in this time and sprinkle some motivation with our ‘Moments to Motivate’ series. Oh, and when I say we grew, we also grew our team and are so excited to have Monique in the US who has been supporting us with her marketing expertise.

In this time, we have got to learn our real strengths and passions at Your AJency. We love to support brilliant ambitious women by connecting them to the right people to help them grow - whether that is supporters, collaborators or new leads and loyal clients. We are not afraid to go out there and be those businesses’ cheerleaders, connect them and give them a plan and all the ideas to be a success! It’s all about building connections.

So with that in mind, we are ready to share some more about how we can actually help YOU. One of the things we haven’t been that good at doing is sharing the ways that you can work with us. I offer these as a one-off or they can be scheduled regularly for those that are looking for more accountability. After the call, you will receive a recording of the call as well as key actions and accountabilities with a realistic timeline for delivery.
